In 2019, I realized I’d spent a decade in the wrong business. As a graphic designer, I was skilled but unfulfilled, unable to identify what I truly wanted.
Despite my empathic nature and drive to take action, crippling self-doubt overshadowed my days. I felt like an impostor—all talk, afraid to step out from my own shadow.
Others recognized my potential to make a difference, but I couldn’t see it myself. I was trapped in a business that no longer aligned with my purpose.
The pandemic exposed the suffering of leaders around me, revealing how my business no longer served me. Then came the devastating blow—one of my best friends took his own life, leaving me more lost than ever.
Sitting alone in my garage, contemplating an uncertain future, I had a profound realization: time is precious, and we waste too much of it doing what we think we should rather than what we could excel at. The Lone Leader was born.
The Japanese concept of Ikigai became my compass. Days after my friend’s funeral, I discovered this framework that unites what you’re good at, how you serve the world, and how you can be rewarded. I realized many entrepreneurs begin with the right intentions, but fail to evolve as circumstances change.
I gained clarity about what I needed to thrive: meaningful human connection and creative expression—both serving my core purpose of discovering unrealized value.
Now I help driven leaders overcome self-doubt, overwhelm, and fear by gaining clarity on their true needs and goals. I provide them with the right resources, methodologies, and actionable frameworks to make lasting change when they don’t know how or where to start.
My biggest result? Me.
